It is beautiful and just what I hoped it would be. It also came boxed so well it arrived perfectly. There was only one little thing that was confusing the box said white and I ordered the cherry cabinet so we opened it before the truck driver left because we weren’t sure but the white on the outside of the box was for the countertop not the cabinet. So I was really glad we checked on the color because the cabinet color wasn’t on the outside of the box. Thanks for everything

Delivery issues

I purchased a bathroom vanity and received the email below on April 20, 2024. Message below says normal handling time is 3 to 7 business days. Expected delivery was April 30, 2024. However, it did not arrive. Repeated phone calls and emails to the company were made and no one was able to tell me the status of my order.

May 22, thirty-two days later, I received an email that my order has shipped. I called to ask when to expect and a representative told me that I will receive on Friday the 24th and if not, they would call and tell me the actual delivery date.

Purchases are delivered to the curb, so it is important to be home when it arrives. On the 24th, we received no call or delivery. Without notice the delivery arrived on May 27 (a holiday).

I will never again purchase anything from Benton Collections or Chans Furniture. Customer service was no help.

Beautiful and well built. Definitely worth the money. They called to set up delivery, and things went smoothly. I asked a follow up question, which they never responded to, but that's the only downside.
